Cacik
A light and refreshing yogurt based dish with finely chopped cucumber, mint, dill, confit of garlic and olive oil.
Grilled Aubergine (Saksuka)
Grilled aubergine mixed with fried onions, courgette, potato & mixed herbs with peppers & tomatoes in a tasty yet delicately balanced sauce giving this popular dish it’s unique flavour.
